"From early on I wanted to be a race car driver, but my parents, as such creatures are wont to do, forbade such activity. Flash forward 40 or so years and my wife buys me a one-day introduction to racing at the nearby Skip Barber Race School. What was she thinking? Fast forward again, but only 15 years or so and I am now a race car driver! OK, an amateur and I drive vintage race cars. No gorgeous girls following us around. No prize money. Just the thrill of racing.... and the occasional win."
